The VideoMako team are online Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm GMT+8 timezone.

2. What tools do you use?

Our editors use Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.

3. How will we communicate to ensure the work gets done?

VideoMako offers a custom built portal designed to simplify the process of working with a video editor. You will be able to manage everything in one place upon sign up.

4. How long does it take to get a video edited?

*Within 1-2 days, you will receive back your video edit. For more complex edits over 30gb in raw footage, please allow 3 business days.

5. Are there any limitations AT ALL?

There are a few limitations to our service:

  • We can't record voiceovers
  • We can't do 3D animations
